This is the program that Brendan used to lose 16kg in 12 weeks.
Follow this weekly workout and nutrition plan to build the body that you want and shed serious body fat. This program isn’t for beginners or the faint hearted so only commit if you are 100% confident that you can see the program through. The program is built into 3 phases.
Phase 1- Build
Although you will be building muscle in all three phases this month is really focused on hypertrophy You will be adopting training techniques that promote muscle hypertrophy to maximize growth and naturally increase your muscle mass and metabolism.
Phase 2- Capitalise
Weeks 5-8 will see you feeling energised and already having dropped up to 10kgs you will have an appetite for the gym. We capitalise on this by introducing high volume training to really pack on size whilst burning calories like never before. Your nutrition is tweaked this month to benefit your fat loss goals.
Phase 3- Rip
This is the final push to sculpt your body, just the way you want it. You will end up looking more athletic and fit than ever before if you push through and step up to the challenge. The good news is that you will be decreasing your workout time because your intensity will have increased. These 40 minute sessions are still focused on splitting muscle groups but will leap frog your fat burning capacity and ensure you get rid of that stubborn belly fat.
